Whoever posts a picture of themselves in bubble armor first gets to break the tie (excluding wolvyn and ilana). Doesn't matter if you play the game or not. Must be full scale, real bubble armor. This is my last official ruling until i turn everything over to Derel for the duration of my next trip.

Yes, but to be honest I don't want people to spend time worrying about an "official" chapter. I want people to play and have fun.

I would love to see some end game raiding and some high end pvp, but lets get people in game and recruiting and we will see what happens.
