2) Second planet pic illustrates a coolant set up. This is a 5 hour cycle set up. I import some water to the planet from a terrestrial factory planet (it had extra PG after installing all the processors for t3 production set up). The two extractors by themselves are water which will be removed as soon as the new PI patch takes place. It will have its water imported and the processors will be clumped closer to the noble gas extractors to free up PG for more extractors.
